I was recently browsing Reddit and stumbled upon the subreddit r/dungeon23 and immediately into the post by Sean McCoy on it. This sparked my inspiration right away and it’s a great idea. However I’m strongly considering moving away fantasy for my next game, and I’m leaning towards Sci-Fi.
I’ve had a good number of ideas floating around about a galaxy heavily inspired by Stargate, Mass Effect, and Stars Without Numbers (SWN).

This year I discovered the DigitalOcean Kubernetes Challenge and decided to give it a try. This post is going to cover what I did.
I wanted to stretch my skills so I went for one of the expert challenges. I decided for the “deploy a solution for policy enforcement” which involves deploying Kyverno. This seemed pretty interesting and figure it could solve some problems I’ve experienced with running applications on k8s clusters across multiple teams.

Hello, World!
At long last I’m finally using my personal domain osullivan.tech for something. Not just various subdomains for various services I run on my home servers. In this post I’ll talk about what I did to get this site setup and deployed, and what I plan on doing in the future with it.
The Why # When I originally purchased this domain I had intended to use it to selfhost a standard personal site with some basic info about me, and my work.
